Where should the reviews go? You don’t have to worry about managing your reputation anymore, Reputably uses advanced algorithms and A.I. to decide where to send each review based on live data.

- Our system automatically requests reviews from your customers on your behalf.
- They provide feedback on a clean landing page, branded to you.
- If they indicate they had a positive experience, reputably opens up the google review entry field for your business for the customer to leave a Google review.
- If they indicate they had a poor experience, this feedback is internalised, with the customer NOT redirected to Google. Instead, you first have the ability to address their concerns.
- We give you the choice as to what suits your business in terms of requesting reviews from customers, which include:
- An email that is sent to your customers with a link that opens up a succinct and clean landing page where they provide feedback before going to Google
- A text message that does the same as the above
- A clean interface called ‘Kiosk mode’ which some businesses keep on an ipad or something similar, that customers can use at their premises
- A QR code which you can have displayed at your counter where payment is made, on a table-topper, on your business card…anywhere you think it would be easy for a customer to scan with their phone.
- Or…use a combination of them.
- While we suggest asking for reviews from all new customers, if you have a contact list of existing customers, you can upload this into Reputably and then send a review request to each of them.
- For new customers, we increase the chances that you catch them at the right time by enabling you to set how long after their interaction with you they receive the request. For example, a car dealership may set the system to make the request a day after the customer drives away, but a shoe shop might know that most customers are still breaking in their shoes after a day, and that it might be better to send the review request a couple of weeks after they’ve purchased.
- For those businesses with repeat customers, for example a restaurant, the system can be set to avoid constantly asking the same customers for reviews. This avoids annoying your best customers.
- To save time, you can set automated responses that go to customers when they leave feedback for you.
- All you have to do is enter the name and email (or phone number) of a client, and Reputably handles the rest for you. But for those who don’t even want to do that, we have an option to integrate with around 2,000 other software packages. For example, if you use Quickbooks for invoices, reputably can be automatically triggered to request a review each time an invoice is generated (or x days after an invoice is generated). Or if you use a CRM to manage customers, it can be set so that when a staff member marks a job as complete, a review request is automatically sent WITHOUT you or them having to do anything.
- If you enter the name of all new customers, or have an integration that even avoids the need for that, we’re seeing around 40% of customers leave reviews. Imagine how quickly your review count will grow if you have that many people leaving reviews! Google will love you, and so will potential new customers/clients/patients.
